Tuning help is just a part of the service offered with every carb we sell. Don Gould at FBO SYSTEMS is personally available to walk you through the installation and tuning process most days and even on most weekends unless he is racing.

He will re-jet your new Demon to extreme altitudes before it leaves his shop at NO Charge.

We also have available a small jet kit that will give you 16 jets, 2 up and 2 down Primary and Secondary and specific to your carb.

Power valve not correct?...No problem, send us your manifold vacuum reading and we will get the P/V changed before we ship the carb...NO CHARGE.

FBO SYSTEMS do a complete pre-delivery inspection and adjusts the 4 corner bleeds to a baseline that they determine from experience and your engine specifications, set the accelerator pumps, preset the idle speed screws, re-jet to extreme altitudes, preset and square the floats, test and inspect all the anti siphon circuits, check all the fuel circuits, check every screw and bolt for correct torque.

It takes FBO SYSTEMS about 1 hour to strip it down to the main body and complete the inspection and set-up.  If you opt for this additional service we will be more than happy to assist you with tuning your carburettor which should be very simple with only a couple of minor adjustments to fine tune it to your engine requirements.

Please do not opt for the "Out of the Box"  and then expect FBO SYSTEMS to spend 2-3 hours on the phone with you trying to tune the carb, call the factory, sit on Hold, leave a message and they will get back to you in a couple of days.  Possibly even with the right information, good luck.

We're almost always willing to help you with any tuning issues on any Demon carburettor whether you purchased it from us or not.  If you have a tuning issue please complete our Order Form/Spec Sheet and send it to us, we will reply asap.  Be sure to say you have a tuning issue and  we'll go over your combination and get you going in the right direction.
